RegaCon’s expertise is based on many years of hands-on experience in the installation and project management of industrial systems. Markus Einmahl, a member of the executive board, brings more than 35 years of hands-on experience to the company and began his career as a foreman and construction manager. As a result, he possesses in-depth expertise in the installation of storage and retrieval machines, racking systems, and other logistics systems.
Michael Wermuth, Head of Logistics and Strategic Corporate Development, has more than 13 years of experience in project management for conveyor technology and sorting systems, as well as in recruitment, personnel development, and strategic planning.
Together, they combine hands-on installation experience, project understanding, and strategic planning—from preparation through cost estimation and implementation to successful project completion.
